Why it ranks here
The only PHEV minivan available in the comparison โ 51 km of EV range covers most Metro Vancouver daily driving on home electricity, and the 10-year/240,000 km Stellantis traction-battery warranty has ~7 yrs left at purchase. Sliding doors + flat floor + genuine adult-friendly 3rd row are the minivan structural advantages. 8-year/160k km PHEV component warranty is U.S. only โ in Canada the Stellantis warranty is 8yr/130k on hybrid system + 10yr/240k on battery.
Trade-offs
Stellantis reliability is a real concern โ Consumer Reports rates the Pacifica below average, with electrical-system complaints concentrated in the hybrid version. Cargo is excellent but ground clearance of 130 mm is the lowest in this field โ FSR use is not on the table. FWD only (no AWD on Pacifica Hybrid). Used supply in BC is thin.
